1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the PCCMU Intelligent Church Management System (ICMS), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify church administration immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

The ICMS is provided for legitimate church administration and member engagement. You agree not to misuse the platform, upload inappropriate content, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

4. Data Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Sensitive information (counseling notes, journal entries) is encrypted at rest. The church leadership commits to protecting your privacy.

5. Content Standards

Any content you submit (testimonies, fellowship posts, profile photos) must align with Christian values and moral standards. Church administrators reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

6. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The ICMS is provided "as is." The church is not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

8. Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled according to the data retention policy.
